A peek inside the simple daily habits and products that help me feel energized, balanced, and at my best.


My heart and my coaching work are rooted in helping women navigate life’s changes, reclaim their energy, and create space for joy.

Over the years, my own body has been through a lot. As a breast cancer survivor, I faced both the emotional and physical toll of treatment — including weight gain, changes in my energy, and a deep fatigue that didn’t go away overnight. Then came menopause, with its own shifts in hormones, metabolism, and sleep patterns.

The weight crept up even more, my energy dipped, and I often felt sluggish and drained. Some nights I struggled to fall asleep, other nights I’d wake at 3 AM and stay awake until morning. It became harder to feel like myself in my own body.

Through it all, I’ve learned something important: true resilience isn’t just about mindset — it’s also about caring for your body so your mind and heart have the fuel to thrive.

In my search for gentle, sustainable ways to support my mood, digestion, energy, and focus, I discovered a set of wellness tools that became part of my personal routine.

They aren’t magic fixes (there’s no such thing), but they’ve been powerful companions in my own growth — especially as I’ve navigated health changes and stress.

One of those tools is Plexus.


Why I Use Plexus

I began using Plexus products in 2025 because I wanted to:

  • Support my gut health and digestion
  • Improve my energy without feeling jittery
  • Gently support healthy weight management
  • Boost my mood naturally

In the first couple of months, I noticed steadier energy, more balanced digestion, and gradual, healthy weight loss.

How It Fits Into My Coaching

In coaching, we often talk about emotional resilience, burnout, boundaries, and joy. When your body feels sluggish or imbalanced, it’s harder to make clear decisions, hold boundaries, and stay present.

For some clients, adding gentle wellness tools — like the ones I personally use — can help them feel more grounded and capable.

This is never a requirement to work with me. It’s simply an option for those who want to explore it.
