The Container: A Rhythm, Not a Formula
While my work is grounded in trauma-informed somatic practices and strategic coaching, there is no rigid, one-size-fits-all formula here. Instead, we follow a natural rhythm that allows your transition to unfold organically.
1. The Pause (Creating Space)
We begin by slowing everything down. In a world that demands “next steps” and “fast results,” the most radical thing we can do is stop. We create a sanctuary where your nervous system can finally settle.
- The Focus: Moving out of “survival mode” and into a state of presence.
2. The Noticing (Awareness without Judgement)
Once the noise quietens, we begin to look at the landscape of your life. What feels heavy? What feels unclear? What no longer fits the woman you are becoming? We observe these things without the pressure to “solve” them immediately.
- The Focus: Distinguishing between what is yours to carry and what belongs to the world.
3. The Release (The Alchemy of Letting Go)
This is where the “alchemy” happens. It isn’t a mystical explosion; it’s the quiet, steady process of shedding. As we identify the “shoulds” and the outdated patterns, we gently untangle them from your identity.
- The Focus: Lightening the load so you have the energy to actually move.
4. The Listening (Hearing Your Truth)
As the weight lifts, your own voice becomes easier to hear. This is the stage where we stop looking outward for answers and start trusting the wisdom held in your own body.
- The Focus: Reclaiming your voice and your power.
5. The Movement (Intentional Steps)
Only once you feel grounded and clear do we move into action. These aren’t “hustle” goals; they are small, meaningful, and sustainable steps that build confidence instead of draining it.
- The Focus: Creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Why Somatics?
You might wonder why we don’t just “talk it out.” While traditional coaching is powerful, transition is a full-body experience. Stress, grief, and overwhelm don’t just live in our thoughts—they live in our tissues, our breath, and our posture.
By bringing a somatic (body-based) lens to our work, we ensure that the changes you make aren’t just temporary shifts in mindset, but lasting transformations in how you actually show up in the world. We work to align your physical presence with your inner truth.
A Note on the Pace
There is a specific kind of magic that happens when we stop rushing. You don’t have to “heal” on a deadline. You don’t have to have all the answers by the end of our first session.
We move at the speed of your nervous system.
This is how overwhelm begins to shift into something else—not all at once, but in a way that lasts. You are the alchemist of your own life; I am simply here to hold the space, provide the tools, and walk beside you as you rise.
