About the Program

When I first stepped into the healthcare field as a newly certified MOA, I remember the overwhelm so clearly. Job postings wanted “experience only,” and I wondered how I’d ever get started. I had the training, the heart, and the skills—but I didn’t know how to show clinics that I was the right fit.

I wished there had been a program like this—something to guide me through resumes, interviews, and the confidence I needed to take that first leap.
