Welcome to the Logistics & Booking FAQ! Here you’ll find answers about scheduling, session platforms, paperwork, and policies.

Can I work with you if I live outside of Canada?

Absolutely. I work with clients around the world. Sessions are held via Zoom, and I always take time zones into account when scheduling.

What’s your refund or cancellation policy?

Due to the energetic commitment involved, I don’t offer refunds once a program has begun. That said, I’m human — if life brings the unexpected, I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling.

What platforms do you use for sessions?

Most sessions are conducted via Zoom. You’ll receive a link after booking.

Is there any paperwork or agreements before we begin?

Yes. Once you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a short intake form to help us begin with clarity and intention. If you’re enrolling in the Overwhelm to Opportunity pathway, you’ll also be asked to sign a confidentiality and commitment agreement. This ensures we both enter the space with shared understanding, respect, and mutual care.
