Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Coaching Structure

Welcome to the Coaching Structure FAQ! Here you’ll find answers to common questions about how coaching sessions are designed, what you can expect, and who this work is for.

Are coaching sessions 1:1?

Yes. All sessions are one-on-one unless otherwise noted, offering a private and personalized experience tailored to your needs.

Do you offer group coaching sessions?

Yes, occasionally. Group coaching sessions or workshops are offered from time to time, sometimes at no charge. These opportunities are announced through my website and social media channels. If you’re interested in joining a group session, feel free to reach out or watch for announcements.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

Each session is intentional and heart-centered. We explore what’s most alive for you, supporting your long-term vision with compassion, clarity, and care.

How long is each session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes. Some programs may include longer sessions or shorter integration check-ins. Full details will be shared when you sign up.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the program. We’ll choose a rhythm that supports your transformation without overwhelming your schedule.

Is there a short-term option if I’m not ready for long-term coaching?

Yes. The Overwhelm Reset is a 3-session package designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what’s no longer yours to carry, and move forward with renewed clarity. It’s ideal if you’re feeling stuck, emotionally overloaded, or burned out.

Will I get homework or practices between sessions?

Often, yes. You may receive journal prompts, embodiment practices, or reflection questions. These are always optional and will be tailored to your energy and capacity.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy. While it can feel emotionally healing, coaching is forward-moving and action-oriented. If therapy or medical care is needed, I’ll let you know and share referrals when possible.

What’s your coaching style or philosophy?

I lead with warmth, integrity, and intuition. My approach is trauma-aware, anti-oppressive, and rooted in emotional and energetic sovereignty. I believe in co-creating brave spaces — not fixing people.

Do you work with men?

My work is primarily for women and femmes. If you’re unsure whether we’re a good fit, feel free to reach out. I may be able to guide you or refer you to someone aligned.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with women and femmes who carry a lot — emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Many are caregivers, professionals, mothers, and creative souls who are ready to set healthy boundaries and reclaim their energy. Together, we do the sacred work of releasing what no longer serves and remembering who they truly are.
