A Guided Reflection: What Are You Ready to Set Down?

We carry so much.

Invisible responsibilities.

Old stories we no longer believe.

Unspoken fears and quiet disappointments.

Roles we’ve outgrown but haven’t released.

Expectations that were never truly ours to hold.

And sometimes, we carry all of this so well… no one sees the weight of it.

But just because you’ve gotten good at holding it all doesn’t mean you should.

This week, I want to offer you something gentle:

A guided moment to pause and ask yourself —

What am I ready to set down?

There’s no pressure to do anything with the answer.

You don’t have to make a plan, or explain yourself to anyone.

But naming what feels heavy — even quietly, even just to yourself —

is a powerful act of liberation.

Let this be your moment.

Take five minutes to breathe.
Put your hand on your heart.
And simply ask:
What can I release? What’s mine to carry — and what no longer is?

And if that question opens something tender…
